This successful satisfied his goal to Africa His devout catholic mother was so sad and disappointed that she broke off contact with him.
The year 1967, he was living in Paris, he made contact with his former colleague friends of Roger Faulques, who was organizing a mercenary unit for the newly independent Republic of Biafra. so Seiner join and flew to Porthercourt via Lisbon, Portugal and was enlisted into the Biafran army as a company commander. When Steiner had his success in the field, and was given the reponsibility of organizing the 4th Biafran commando Brigade as a Lt.
