the use of violence against political dissidents, saying the paper which mentioned the highly controversial order was fake and seemed designed to provoke conflict Nigeria a key study.
The two-page record, stamped "Secret" in red and coursed on the Internet yesterday, was purportedly issued by the World Military Circle.
